• Experience in 𝗠&𝗔 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 at a bulge bracket investment bank.
• Background as an 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 at a large-cap or mid-market private equity firm.
• Track record as an 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 at a hedge fund.
• Strong familiarity with 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗔𝗥 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks).
• Ability to 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 at a conceptual and practical level.

• No prior AI experience required — just financial expertise and analytical rigor.
